So I uess the Dutch are saying buy some of their delicious chocolate…
Keep in mind that they are talking pure cocoa…not a whole Russell Stover chocolate box that is filled with partially hydrogentated fats/oils!!

While massage is considered complimentary medicines—which is meant to accompany but not replace standard medical practices—research has shown that it can be more effective for chronic back pain than other complimentary therapies, according to the American Massage Therapy Association.
