Berkshire Weekend Review
It was a snowy, icy weekend, yet another fulfilling SHAKE YOUR SOUL workshop. Just 3 more weekends to go and I can debut the Shake Your Soul dance classes. I can’t wait. This weekend we dabbled in some somatic processing, the SomaSoul at The Leven Institute, working with animal guides, embodying words through movement, using color crapas and paper for expression.
But before diving into that weekend on the way up Lenox, Massachusetts, I intentionally left earlier than usual to stop in at Hawthorne Valley Farm, a BIO-DYNAMIC! farm in Ghent/Harlemville NY. I got as far as the Farm Store as there isn’t much else you can do in the snow. While there I FINALLY purchased a crystal for my cell phone that turns harmful EMFs (electro magnetic frequencies) into beneficial frequencies. While reviewing the website of the manufacturer EMFBlues.com I ran into several other interesting links…which sent me into an EMF tailspin! WOW who knew…read up!
Interesting to read how we are bombarded by electromagnetic and geopathic stress–something we generally don’t feel, see or hear, and how it affects us. Now I better understand why people protest/object to cell phone towers in their neighborhoods, are those really “cell phone boxes” on the curb?; why we may experience headaches after talking on the cell phone for too long; satellite radio emfs and the “no more bees=no more food for humans=no more humans” connection. EMFs are real.
Interesting about air plane travel! Once somebody told me of an air line pilot who was dying of a debilitating disease…my guess was from the controls in the cockpit…but seems as though air travel is filled with more radiation than a chest x-ray…interesting.
