In a 5TH DIMENSION: “Last Night I Didn’t Get To Sleep At All”
Upon waking this morning I couldn’t figure out if I had slept or not! I went to bed late, yet woke up naturally at 8am feeling refreshed, yet as if I hadn’t slept.
I woke up flooded with ideas for upcoming projects I am working on which would tell me that I slept well—as a good sleep indicates a sound mind and body.
But last night I actually FELT that my body was not relaxing into sleep, the mattress, etc. I translated this and finally understood and felt what it means to “RUN ON STRESS” which I always thought that I had but it never manifested itself to this degree. Other may argue that the migraine post I made a few days ago is also a manifestation of stress…agreed. Some other contributing factors to “sleep loss” could be ate night snacking, not being on a regular sleep schedule, or that the body is in need of a massage for overall relaxation/removal of stress—makes me think of EVEN FLOW by Pearl Jam!
