No diet soda–or anything for that matter

It seems like a “no-brainer” to me..but now research is backing up WHY things like diet soda is bad for you. I’m sure there are other articles like this out there for “non-fat” “low-fat” claims as well. It just supports the age old adage, “everything in moderation”. You are better off eating REAL butter, REAL sugar, etc than some artificial substitutes that trick your body into thinking you are eating something else!
