We are going to “wing it”! Saturday night! Shake Your Soul hits Asbury Park Saturday night at the Shoppes at the Arcade for the eZENtail Living Grand Opening celebration! Come out to dance and/or listen to M’zume! LIVE drumming, an awesome Afro-Brazilian Carribean CARNAVALE music band! If all goes as planned they will play from 7-9pm and my class will start at 8pm inside the Shoppes upstairs across from Charlene’s new store eZENtial Living!

Before my class starts I will also be giving chair massage as part of the event. Earlier in the day I will be on Cookman Avenue with Organic Style.
